2. Purpose of this site

This site gives employees of our corporate customers access to their company's system. Public registration for private individuals is not possible. After you have been forwarded, the privacy notice of the respective system applies.

3. What data is processed

• Your input: From the email address or company identifier you enter, we determine which system belongs to your company. The input is not stored permanently for this purpose.
• Last selected company: So that you can continue directly on your next visit, your browser remembers the selected company on your device, not your full email address. You can delete it with “Andere Firma wählen” (choose another company) or by deleting the website data in your browser.
• Sign-in: Your email address, password and confirmation code are transmitted in encrypted form to our sign-in service; this site does not store them. With “Mit Microsoft anmelden” (sign in with Microsoft), Microsoft confirms your sign-in.
• Strictly necessary cookies: So that you can reach your system after signing in without entering your details again, your browser stores your session as a cookie for smoof.ai and its subdomains. A sign-in is valid for at most seven days and ends when you sign out. No consent is required for this, because signing in does not work without this storage (Section 25 (2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG).
• Access data: When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page) to deliver the site and to fend off attacks.
• Contact form: We receive your name, email address and message by email in order to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The form itself does not store anything; we delete the email once the request has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

This site does not use any analytics or advertising services and does not load any content from third parties.

4. Hosting

The site is operated by a hosting provider with servers in Germany, which is obliged to comply with the GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please send requests to hello@psmit.de.
